Booking Policy At Dear Beauty, we aim to provide the best beauty services and an enjoyable experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all, please review our booking policy before making an appointment. 1. Booking Process - Online Bookings: Clients can book appointments through our online booking system 24/7. For assistance, call us directly at 020 8392 0600. - Confirmation: All appointments are considered confirmed after booking has been completed and registered on our system. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes within this period will result in the loss of 50% of your payment to accommodate our therapists booking waiting list. - No Shows: Not showing up for your appointment will result in the loss of your payment to accommodate our therapists booking waiting list. - Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full treatment and reserve the right to adjust or cancel your service. Late arrivals may also result in a reduced treatment time, with full charges applying. 3. Refund Policy - Payments: Payments are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule your appointment within the notice period. - Services: We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you're unsatisfied, please speak to a member of our team immediately, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns. 4. Health & Safety - Allergies & Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions when booking your treatment. This ensures we can tailor our services for your safety. - Patch Tests: For specific treatments like tinting or eyelash extensions, a patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. 5. Group Bookings - Cancellations for group bookings require 48 hours’ notice. 6. Payment - For our online booking system we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
